- Lisa Kapanoske Report on ?mortgage found at Bank of America under POWSA Federal Tax ID # (weird)
o BofA reported via phone a mortgage found under our tax ID #
o BofA reported mortgage paid in full in 1999
o No knowledge/reports of POWSA ever buying property
- Chico Rivers re: Bank of America requirements to get info on the paid BofA loan
- Lisa is certified by State of MD Tax Assessment Dept as POWSA “President/Chairman” (note: State of MD suggests we change Chairman title to title of President, but would requires modification of Bylaws-no time now for that)

Bulk Mail Consideration
- May 1st Homeowners meeting it was suggested POWSA apply for bulk mail
- Lisa Kapanoske to present postal info to Patty & Chico
- Decisions re: number of mailings

- Ongoing (routine once post-Quixotic) mailing requirements ie. How often will we mail newsletter to POWSA members and/or all Wicomico Shores homeowners

Secretary At Large Board Member Positions Open
- per Bylaws Directors can appoint a replacement; suggest we select & appoint

At Large Board Member Positions Open
- need vote, but per Bylaws the At Large voting at this time still falls under the same umbrella as our 5/1/01 nominations to revive POWSA
- Lisa Kapanoske suggests vote on 7/8 for At Large open positions
