It has been suggested that since the By-Laws were written in 1975 and last updated in 1984 when only approximately 100 homes existing in Wicomico Shores, there have been suggestions to update the By-Laws. No update action has yet been taken, as no specific concern with the By-Laws has been brought to the POWSA Board.
